Shipping Policies

- We ship all orders within 3-5 business days! Shipping times within the US takes about 5 days.

- We ship rolled posters in a 3 in tube, inside of a 3 in tube box. Multiple posters ship together in the same tube.

- We ship folded posters and rolled banners in a polybag mailer via USPS First Class or USPS Priority

- We ship daily from our shop in California via USPS PRIORITY MAIL, USPS Ground Advantage, or UPS Ground Monday - Friday and your order will receive a tracking number.

- Expedited shipping is available upon request.

- While we take great care to make sure your poster is properly packaged and shipped with the utmost care in mind, we understand that occasionally shippers experience accidents during transit. Should your poster befall this unwanted disaster, please contact us, so that we can assist you in filing a claim for the shipping insurance (included on all orders), as well as attempt to get a replacement poster to you.

- We cannot be held responsible for weather related shipping delays once your package(s) have left our facility. 

U.S. Delivery Options & Shipping Speeds

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery arrives in 6-10 business days and includes a tracking number. 
  • Orders up to $75.00 ship standard delivery for $5.00

Expedited Delivery

Expedited delivery arrives in 3-6 business days and includes a tracking number. 
  • Orders up to $25.00 ship expedited delivery for $6.00
  • Orders at $25.00 and up to $75.00 ship expedited delivery for $8.00
  • Orders at $75.00 and over ship expedited for $10.00 
Free Delivery

All orders that qualify for free shipping arrive in 6-10 business days and include a tracking number.
  • Orders at $75.00 and over ship for FREE
Express Delivery
  • Please review our checkout page (shipping section) for current express shipping rates based on your order total.
  • Express shipping is delivered in 2-business days (or less) after it ships. If you select this service on a Friday evening (After hours), the first possible day it can ship is a Monday (assuming the Monday is not a holiday). This means it would arrive on Wednesday of that next week (which is 2 business days after it ships - Tuesday + Wednesday).
  • If you selected this service on a Tuesday, we would ship it out on Wednesday and it would arrive on Friday.

International Shipping

In addition to the shipping costs provided at checkout, and listed below, the recipient is responsible for all customs fees including duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed at the border before delivery. The carrier will usually attempt to collect these charges at the time of delivery. Addresses outside the United States, its territories, and US military post offices are considered international addresses. 

Canada Delivery Options

We also ship to Canada via USPS International Mail. Please allow extra time for deliveries (Up to 15 business days, which is 1-3 weeks). For questions regarding delivery to Canada, please contact us.

Please note that shipping to Canada is expensive.

***Regarding Canada Shipping Rates: You might see higher rates than you were expecting, however, the rates above shown are primarily less than the amount actually spent to ship your item to Canada. USPS charges very high fees to ship to Canada, and they are the best available to us.***

We also ship to Mexico via USPS International Mail. Please allow extra time for deliveries (Up to 10 business days). For questions regarding delivery to Canada, please contact us.

In many cases we are able to send your order after confirming your exact location.
 
Shipping Companies

We make every effort to ship by USPS, or UPS. On some 'Standard' orders, we ship using a service called 'USPS Ground Advantage' or 'UPS SurePost'. In this scenario, UPS takes the package from our production center across the country, and then drops the package off with your local United States Post Office. At that point, your local mail carrier will deliver the package to your house or PO Box along with your regular mail. 

Return Policies

- Personalized/Customized posters and gifts are non-returnable due to their custom nature.

- Non-personalized coloring books, posters and pages can be returned if unopened, unmarked, and not wrinkled, in original saleable condition. Contact us directly for details. Return shipping is at the purchaser's expense.

You can return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for either:

a) Store credit or
b) A credit card refund less the cost of return shipping.

If the reason for a return is of our error (you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, etc.), we’ll pay for the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will work as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. If payment was made by check, the refund check will not be issued before 10 business days after the date of purchase

At this time, we can not provide refunds for orders lost or stolen in transit.

Returning An International Order

Unfortunately we are unable to provide our international customers with a prepaid return label. As a result, international customers are responsible for return shipping.

Please include your original packing slip with your preference for store credit or a refund back to your card. If you no longer have your packing slip, please leave a note with your name, Luxicolor order number, and refund preference. We suggest that you keep your return tracking information until your refund has been processed.

Unclaimed Packages

If an order is shipped to the exact address provided, but sent back to Luxicolor automatically due to the package being ‘unclaimed’ or the address being ‘invalid’, you will be issued a refund less original shipping charges, less return shipping fees, and less a 20% restocking fee.
